1. Where on earth do you brush your teeth?
The most important function of brushing teeth is to remove plaque.
Dental plaque is a kind of bacterial biofilm, which you can understand as a community of bacteria on the teeth. If you don’t remove plaque in time, decay, gingivitis, periodontitis and other diseases may come to you.
The most favorite place for plaque growth is the gingival sulcus. So we brush our teeth, the most important thing is to clean the gingival crevicles.
At present, the most recognized pasteurized brushing method by dentists is to make the brush hair tremble quickly in the gingival sulcus position and remove dental plaque.
For electric toothbrushes, tremor will occur automatically. All we have to do is to put it in the right place.
2. Brushing steps of electric toothbrush
Step 1: Install the brush head.
The direction of the brush is the same as that of the switch button.
Step 2: Choosing a Model
Better electric toothbrush has more than two modes. Before brushing, first choose the mode you want, and then close the toothbrush. (For the first time, it’s recommended to start with the softer gear)
Step 3: Apply toothpaste
About half of the amount of brush head, it’s almost the same.
Step 4: Start brushing your teeth
Put the toothbrush in your mouth first, then turn on the switch!
Normally, electric toothbrushes have two-minute timing and 30-second prompting functions, which we will look back on in a moment.
First of all, we divide the teeth into four areas, first brush area A.
Place the toothbrush on the outer surface of area A, with an inclination of 45 degrees to the position of the gingival sulcus. Open the toothbrush and move slowly to ensure that the bristles stay on each tooth for 2 to 3 seconds. After brushing the outer surface of area A, brush the occlusal surface, brush the bristles against the occlusal surface, and move slowly. Finally, the inner side of the teeth in area A is aligned with the gingival sulcus, and the toothbrush is moved slowly. The brushing time on each side is about 10 seconds, and the brushing time on three sides is 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the toothbrush will stop for 1 second or otherwise remind you to change the area. In the same way, brush the teeth in the BCD area for two minutes. Now let’s look at 2 minute timing and 30 seconds hint. These two functions can help you control the brushing time and avoid missing teeth when brushing. So I suggest you choose the electric toothbrush with these two functions.
Step 5: Clean toothbrush
After brushing your teeth, turn off the electric toothbrush and take it out of your mouth. Rinse the toothbrush head with clean water, wipe it with a dry cloth, and place it vertically in a dry environment.
Don’t put the electric toothbrush in the cup. Some people say that I spent hundreds of dollars to buy an international brand of electric toothbrush. It broke down in a week, mostly because the toothbrush was flooded. Although the electric toothbrush is waterproof, it can’t touch water for a long time. The cup is too wet and easy to breed bacteria. Some users said that after using electric toothbrush, brushing teeth less foam. In view of this situation, it is recommended that you brush toothpaste on your teeth before you open the toothbrush, and the foam will be more abundant.
